3. PROTECT THE INTEREST OF LEARNING IN THE CLASS ROOM SCENARIO

This approach is crucial and is to be handled with utmost respect, care and caution. The reason is that any insufficient care on this may leave very long lasting damages or negative attitudes on the mind of the child against the very learning itself or learning in a formal class room or learning a specific subject. The point of learning in the formal environment of a class room is really a great issue to be noted by all academicians of all shades - those who advocate more of informal, those who advocate more of formal (class room), those who advocate an equal blend of both. The reason is that what ever may be the shades of academicians all have to agree that in the present scenario and among the understandable availabilities till this date the formal class room learning is the most major part of teacher aided learning. If this contradicts with any of the attitudes of any of the child at any of the moments in the process of learning the measures, any, taken by the concerned are to put the child back into that formal relationship only. So, be once again be reminded that we the academicians of any shade separately or all collectively have not become capable of visualising a different universal formal relationship of teacher and student. May be this is the limitation of the resources of society in general. Or, may be that this, finally, is the best form.
