1. Lovely School

This is a site on the net to deploy various ideas and views on

the lovelyschool

the dream school for the children. The dream school should be, in one word, Child-Centric. To mention a few details of it, it should be the most loving thing for the children, it should really give them the true and complete symbiotic touch in the course of learning, it should generate the habit of interest to learn new things, it should enrgise the child with regularly and appropriately increasing knowledge and exposure, with new skills and with new positive attitudes and behaviours, etc.

A point to be noted is that unless the child is interested and is following what is being transmitted/broadcasted by the teacher it should not be made a subject in any form - should not be made to sit even physically in such scenario. For this purpose the broadcasting may be suspended and the child's attention may be drawn first towards the broadcast. Or, alternatively, while the broadcast is on 'to prevent loss for other peers' this child may be moved into a different activity and given the inputs of the missing broadcast on the next immediate possible moment, again only that moment which is convenient for the child, in order to keep it in pace with the whole group. This should be the goal of teaching. It needs to be recognised at the planning level than simply by the individual teacher.

In case such occassions can be handled by the individual teacher it may be accomplished accordingly. Or, if they throw a complex challenge beyond the maximum strengths of the individual teacher - strengths either in general or in particular with respect to the teacher facing such problem - the heads at the next level provide an alternative resource for it.
